So I'm the guy that lives in Costa Rica and recently posted my having purchased an '87 Savage. Well, it didn't happen. A bike mechanic friend of a friend went with me to the dealer to pick up the Savage, and he, with the cooperation of the mechanics there, determined it had some major engine probs. So, I ended up spending more than I intended and purchased a '98 model Intruder 800 with only 2000km. What do you guys think, good bike?
